Critical Solutions seeks a Junior Endpoint Systems Analyst to support a federal customer at Pearl Harbor, HI. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, Service Desk, and Field Services to ensure deployments meet SLAs in classified environments.

The role requires on-site access to NIPR and SIPR networks, DoD Secret clearance, and IAT Level II certification. Salary ranges from $102,000 to $131,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret or higher clearance.
• Experience with enterprise Windows workstations and MECM or similar tools.
• DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IAT Level II certification required.
• On-site work in classified environments (NIPR/SIPR).

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor deployments using MECM and approved tools.
• Validate deployment success and identify issues on workstations.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and endpoint problems.
• Coordinate remediation with engineering, Service Desk, and Field Services.
• Support deployments across NIPR and SIPR environments.
• Maintain deployment schedules, logs, and documentation.
• Provide status and risks to leadership; assist with testing.
