Job summary

LMI is seeking a Secret-cleared Supply Chain Management Specialist to support the Army G-4 Major End Items Division on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will help ensure existence and completeness of major items and general property for financial reporting and audits.

The role requires DoD logistics expertise, strong analytics, and experience with APSRs (AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMP/ELMS, DSS) while collaborating with government stakeholders. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years’ DoD logistics, personal property, audit, and supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of the FIAR domain.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with DoD/Army APSRs (AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMP/ELMS, DSS).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with leadership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support for Army audit readiness efforts for major end items.
• Policy analysis and compliance review to achieve enterprise-level visibility of Army major equipment and general property assets.
• Analyze AESIP and ERP data to identify errors and propose enterprise-wide improvements.
• Develop CAPs and synchronize actions with stakeholders for audit readiness.
• Create validation processes to measure training, policy, and ERP changes for asset accountability.
• Participate in Army working groups to decompose business process maps (A2R, E2E).
• Assist in developing strategic messaging for FRAGO/EXORD/ALARACTs and annexes.
• Support external auditor site visits and resolution of systemic issues during GE E&C testing.
• Provide briefs to synchronize enterprise stakeholders for asset distribution and audit readiness.
