Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Secret-cleared Supply Chain Management Specialist to join a Pentagon-based team in Arlington, VA. You will support Army G-4 end-item asset management, audit readiness, and policy compliance, leveraging DoD logistics expertise.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong analytical ability, and collaboration with government stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite position with exposure to FIAR processes and enterprise systems such as AESIP and GCSS-Army.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or similar discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in DoD logistics, personal property, audit, and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of the FIAR domain.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army APSRs such as AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMP ELMS, DSS.
• MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• Superior written and oral communication; ability to prepare presentations and memoranda.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support for Army audit readiness for major end items.
• Policy analysis and compliance review for asset visibility from receipt through disposal.
• Analyze AESIP capital asset reports to identify errors and ERP-wide improvements.
• Develop CAPs and build consensus among stakeholders to address NFRs.
• Create validation processes to measure training and policy effectiveness.
• Participate in Army working groups to map end-to-end business processes.
• Support external auditor site visits and on-site assistance with GE audits.
• Draft briefs to synchronize enterprise stakeholders for audit readiness.
