Job summary

LMI is seeking a Secret-cleared Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our on-site team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on Army property management, audit readiness, and policy development within a DoD logistics context.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–10 years of related experience. Travel may be required, and the role is full-time and onsite at the Pentagon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of DoD logistics, property, audit and supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of FIAR domain and audit readiness practices.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Army audit readiness efforts for major end items.
• Provide policy analysis to maintain enterprise visibility of assets from receipt to disposal.
• Analyze AESIP capital asset reports for transactional errors and propose ERP-wide improvements.
• Develop CAPs and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve NFRs.
• Prepare briefs and materials for DoD leadership and external audits.
