Job summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. seeks a senior-level financial systems specialist to support the DoD enterprise finance tools (GFEBS/SAP-ERP).

You will review data accuracy, develop user guides, and deliver training sessions while coordinating with leadership on system issues and improvements. Required are a SECRET clearance, 8+ years in DoD financial environments, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical staff.

Qualifications

Active SECRET security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience supporting financial systems or accounting processes within the DoD or another government organization.
Experience with SAP-based systems (GFEBS/SAP-ERP preferred).
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data lookups), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support for the organization’s enterprise financial systems (GFEBS/SAP-ERP).
Review and correct data issues to ensure financial accuracy and consistency.
Develop and update training materials and user guides.
Provide training sessions to help staff use financial tools effectively.
Track and communicate system issues, updates, and resolutions with leadership.
