Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract execution for ANG CDAO support services. You will drive workforce continuity, performance management, and deliverables, working with the COR and Government stakeholders to ensure reliable data, BI, applications, and AI services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex DoD, Federal, or similarly regulated IT/data programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing technical teams supporting data engineering, analytics/BI, software applications, cloud environments, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of project/program management practices for schedule, risk, issue, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor management lead for day-to-day contract performance, staffing, schedule, deliverables, and customer coordination.
• Coordinate with the COR and Government stakeholders to resolve performance issues and ensure work stays within contract scope.
• Maintain a stable workforce across data engineering, BI, application development, AI, technical support, and training.
• Oversee Quality Control Plan implementation and updates.
• Monitor performance against service levels, pipeline and application availability, response times, and reporting.
• Lead post-award progress meetings and track action items, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Ensure timely submission of schedules, security/training documentation, travel requests, and other deliverables.
• Partner with Technical Lead to meet technical standards and Government acceptance criteria.
