Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead Air National Guard Chief Data and AI Office (CDAO) contract execution at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Hybrid work available; up to 3 telework days/week with occasional travel. SECRET security clearance required.

As program lead, you will coordinate program performance, staffing, risk, and deliverables, working closely with COR and Government stakeholders to deliver reliable data, BI, applications, and AI services under the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex DoD or Federal IT/data programs.
• Experience leading multi-workstream teams (data, analytics, software, AI).
• Strong knowledge of schedule, risk, issue, quality and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor management lead for day-to-day performance, staffing, schedule and deliverables.
• Coordinate with COR and Government stakeholders to resolve performance issues.
• Maintain a stable workforce for data engineering, BI, applications, AI and training.
• Oversee Quality Control Plan implementation and updates.
• Monitor performance against service levels, availability, response times and reporting.
• Coordinate progress meetings; track risks, dependencies, staffing, and priorities to closure.
• Ensure timely submission of schedules, security/training docs and travel requests.
• Partner with Technical Lead to meet technical standards and acceptance criteria.
