Nationwide IT Services, a trusted government contractor, seeks a Program Manager to lead the Air National Guard Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) support services, directing contract performance, staffing, and deliverables at ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews. Qualifications

• Experience managing complex DoD or Federal IT programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate with COR, government stakeholders, and contractors.
• Strong project schedule, risk, and quality management.
• Ability to address staffing gaps without disrupting mission operations.
• Security clearance: Active SECRET.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract performance, staffing, schedule, and customer coordination.
• Coordinate with COR and government stakeholders to resolve performance issues.
• Maintain a stable workforce across data engineering, BI, application development, AI.
• Oversee Quality Control Plan implementation and updates.
• Monitor performance against service levels and reporting requirements.
• Manage progress meetings, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure timely submission of schedules, security/training documents, and travel requests.
• Partner with Technical Lead to meet technical standards and acceptance criteria.
