Job summary

SMX is hiring a technical and security architect to design the enterprise-grade LCNC architecture for Army financial integration. You will establish the technical baseline that allows the LCNC platform to interoperate with GFEBS legacy systems and external trading partners while meeting stringent DoD cybersecurity and audit requirements.

Responsibilities include establishing controlled environments for SAP connectivity, defining authentication and RBAC, and ensuring least-privilege controls for

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher).
• 5+ years in enterprise applications or systems integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while modernizing legacy apps.

Responsibilities

• Establish controlled integration environments, source connectivity, and export pathways for SAP and external reporting destinations.
• Define and validate authentication, authorization, role-based access, and comprehensive audit logging requirements across all workflows.
• Ensure sensitive financial transactions and write-back functions are technically controlled, auditable, and adhere to the principle of least privilege.
