Job summary
PingWind is seeking a Development Lead to provide technical leadership for PAE Fires software design, development, testing, deployment, sustainment, and modernization. The role acts as a technical POC for Government applications, leading development across GOTS/MOTS/COTS and ensuring secure, available, and maintainable solutions aligned with mission requirements.

Qualifications
- Advanced software development lifecycle experience.
- Strong .NET/C# and enterprise web tech experience.
- Experience with SQL Server and app-database integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and modernization of software applications.
- Serve as technical POC for government applications and platforms.
- Direct software development activities across GOTS/MOTS/COTS solutions.
- Coordinate releases and maintain environments from development to production.
- Ensure security controls and RMF alignment with cybersecurity teams.
