Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience modeling processes and data using architecture disciplines and industry modeling standards.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across multi-domain DON and DoD IT teams.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools and project management systems such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide data design and optimization for conceptual architecture and data solution projects, including conceptual, integration, and sourcing models.
• Translate enterprise and business needs into long-term information architecture patterns and solutions aligned with DON CDO policies, regulations, data frameworks, and governance standards.
• Create and maintain baselines for data transformation and standardization efforts using Jira or similar tools.
• Support development and sustainment of strategic data architecture initiatives like master data management and data governance.
