Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is an ESOP-owned technology company supporting the DTAMM Program at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.

We seek a Configuration Analyst who will document, track, and manage system development and modifications, reviewing change requests and design releases for accuracy and authorization. Responsibilities include database maintenance, audits, and preparing verification records; candidates must have CM experience, an active Secret clearance, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience or higher degree as specified; six years experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
Demonstrated experience in configuration management processes and practices
Active Secret clearance required; U.S. citizen
U.S. citizenship required for most positions

Responsibilities

Document and track all aspects of system development and modifications.
Review issued change requests, change notices, and drawings for accuracy and signatures.
Ensure configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and authorizations.
Structure and maintain databases; submit engineering changes to customers for review and approval; maintain records and reports.
Prepare configuration verification audit record sheets for all programs.
Receive assignments as objectives and establish goals to meet them.
Establish and recommend changes to policies affecting subordinate organizations.
Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
