Job summary

Tri Star Engineering, Inc. seeks an RF Engineer (JCREW) to support development and integration of advanced RF and EW systems. The role involves design, testing, and evaluation within a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a BS in EE and 3+ years in microwave/RF design, with hands-on lab experience and ability to work in secure environments. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of microwave and RF design, RF test, RF systems engineering, or related work.
• Working knowledge of RF communications, propagation, modulation schemes, and waveform analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support RF and EW system design, integration, testing, and evaluation.
• Perform RF signal analysis, waveform generation, and modulation assessment.
• Use spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators to measure RF signals and waveforms.
• Support lab, field, and test events including setup, execution, data collection and analysis.
• Assist with RF modeling, verification/validation, and assessment of coverage and antenna performance.
• Analyze RF hardware architectures and integration considerations.
• Contribute to test procedures, documentation, and customer briefings.
