CTR Group is seeking FIREWATCHERS / PATROLLERS with Active DoD Clearance for the Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. Local personnel are preferred, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay rates ranging from $19 to $22.

The role involves 24-hour patrols to monitor replacement work on fire suppression systems, with overtime potential and possible weekend work. Secret clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active DoD clearance is required.
• Local to Portsmouth, VA area and United States veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-hour patrols on a 24-hour schedule, with patrols every other hour.
• Carry clipboard, stopwatch, and walkie-talkie to communicate with home base while patrolling.
• Assist in firewatch duties for replacement of fire suppression systems.
