Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst in the Arlington, VA area to identify and connect databases across data warehouse tools, primarily via APIs, Power Apps, and Bots. You will develop dashboards, maintain data quality metrics, and contribute to the data architecture for DoD projects.

The role supports hybrid work with on-site presence 2–3 days per week and requires the ability to obtain SECRET clearance. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of data experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with large data sets and data management or reporting/visualization technologies (Power BI, Databricks, Palantir).
• Experience with AI agents and using AI to produce outcomes.
• Hybrid work environment; onsite 2–3 days per week at designated office location.

Responsibilities

• Identify internal/external databases to connect within data warehouse tools.
• Connect data sets using APIs, Power Apps, or Bots; maintain data syncs.
• Develop dashboards to display KPIs and maintain data quality metrics.
• Design, modify, and maintain data infrastructure to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
