Guidehouse is seeking a Business Operations and Data Analyst in McLean, VA to partner with national security clients. You will understand business needs, gather requirements, and support day-to-day account operations, including resolving data questions and issues.

You will use SQL, Tableau and Power BI to improve visibility, validate data, and document standards while translating leadership questions into actionable analysis for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of operations, requirements gathering, data analysis or database management experience.
• Proven experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and common data tools to organize and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts across offices to streamline processes and adopt efficient ways of working.
• Leverage SQL, Tableau, Power BI and other tools to support account operations and improve visibility.
• Assist clients with data validation, quality checks, documentation and standards.
• Translate questions into analytical approaches to inform business decisions and trends.
• Prepare clear summaries and reports for clients and leadership to enable timely decisions.
• Guide non-technical audiences on using organizational data to respond to fast-turn requests.
