Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support NCIS ITD at Quantico, VA. You will help build, secure, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure, delivering CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices across multi-cloud environments.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of cloud engineering experience, active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, and US citizenship. Hybrid work schedule applies, onsite in Quantico three days per week.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance; must be able to obtain TS/SCI post hire.
10+ years of Cloud Engineering/Architecture experience.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional; Kubernetes Administrator (CKA); CNCF; Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline; 4 years of experience may substitute.
Work Location: Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Quantico VA; 2 days remote.
US Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy, secure, automate, and manage day-to-day cloud infrastructure.
Create full CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices using Jenkins and Terraform.
Provision infrastructure as code with Python and IaC tools like Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible.
Configure IAM, storage, monitoring, alarms, and notifications.
Work with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and related DevOps tooling.
Support security and compliance activities, including ATO processes.
Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and client stakeholders.
