Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC seeks an AI Engineer – Intermediate with a Secret clearance to support ACC CIO G6 at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will work in a small team to develop AI/ML tools across defense programs, leveraging Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML.
• Experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end tasks.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering for ML/NLP workflows.
• Experience preprocessing and analyzing large data sets for ML.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams.
• Ability to define and document AI/ML use cases in coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work in an AI/ML team supporting enterprise-wide automation, analytics, and insight initiatives.
• Coordinate technical delivery of AI solutions aligned to mission-specific use cases.
• Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets for AI/ML pipelines.
• Deploy AI/ML models in secure, on-premises environments, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and refine solutions for maximum impact.
• Use Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Copilot to create actionable insights and automation tools.
• Draft documentation and provide guidance on AI usage to non-technical users.
