Job summary

Integrity Educational Services seeks a Secondary Teacher (certified in Mathematics, Integrated Science, English, or Chemistry & Biology) to serve Lighthouse Academy Eagle Village in Michigan.

The Eagle Village site provides residential and day treatment education for youth with complex mental health needs. Teachers align instruction with therapeutic goals, using a whole-child approach to build academic and SEL skills for success in school and life.

Qualifications

• Teaching degree from an accredited college or university; certification required.
• Experience working with emotionally/behaviorally impaired adolescents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide education experiences aligned with the therapeutic focus of the program.
• Deliver instruction meeting the needs of youth in residential and day-treatment settings.
• Utilize PBIS framework and data-driven formative assessments to guide instruction.
