Job summary

The State of South Carolina, Pee Dee Regional, seeks a certified teacher to deliver integrated educational programs across the Pee Dee region for secondary students. You will plan lessons to address diverse learning styles and integrate literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, life skills, and career readiness.

Provide individualized instruction based on assessment data, evaluate progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Valid South Carolina teaching credential.
Certification in secondary Math, Science, Social Studies, or English/Language Arts.
Commitment to differentiated instruction and multi-content planning.

Responsibilities

Plan lessons to accommodate differentiated instruction and diverse learning styles for secondary-level students.
Prepare lesson plans integrating literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, life skills, and career readiness.
Provide individualized instruction based on assessment data to meet each learner's unique needs.
Evaluate individuals' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Prepare instructional objectives to achieve the goals of the educational program.
Satisfy all mandatory training requirements of (PUSD/SCDC).
Perform all other educational and related duties as assigned
