Qualifications

• Certified teacher in the state of Indiana.
• Teacher certification in area of exceptionality as regulated by the State Professional Standards Board.
• Highly qualified in math and language arts preferred.
• Proven experience working with students with learning and behavior needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with computer assisted instruction including adaptive devices.
• Alternatives to qualifications as approved by the Board.

Responsabilités

• Instruct identified special education students in the least restrictive environment.
• Provide direct services in the IEP as indicated.
• Provide supervision to paraprofessionals.
