Job summary

Comal ISD seeks a campus leader to direct and manage instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel. You will provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service and oversee compliance with district policies, success of programs, and campus activities.

You will monitor processes, consult campus committees, and drive improvement through data-driven planning, budgeting, and staff development to meet district goals and community expectations.

Qualifications

• Texas principal or reform-certificate required.
• Evidence of effective instructional leadership and campus management.
• Experience with budget planning, staffing, and school operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage instructional program and supervise campus operations and personnel.
• Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service.
• Oversee compliance with district policies, program success, and campus activities.
• Monitor instructional and managerial processes to align with outcomes and take corrective actions.
• Consult campus committees on planning, operation, supervision, and evaluation; include students/community.
• Develop campus performance objectives and maintain records showing progress.
