Comal Independent School District seeks a campus administrator to direct instructional programs and supervise campus operations. You will lead the development and execution of a high-quality instructional plan while ensuring compliance with district policies and overseeing campus activities.

The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with staff, students, parents, and the community to promote academic excellence within the campus and district

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and Texas principal certification or equivalent.
• TTESS appraiser certification required.
• Three years of classroom teaching experience and five years in instructional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage instructional program at campus level and supervise operations.
• Monitor processes to connect activities with program outcomes and take corrective actions.
• Provide two-way communication with superintendent, staff, students, parents, and community.
• Build and sustain a campus improvement plan with staff using data and research.
• Interview, select, and orient staff; manage campus personnel and budgets.
• Ensure district policies and laws are followed and campus records are maintained.
