The role requires a Master’s degree, Texas principal certification, and leadership experience. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential for district-wide success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Texas principal certificate or equivalent.
• TTESS appraisal certification or eligibility.
• Three years teaching experience and five years in instructional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Monitor instructional and managerial processes to ensure program outcomes.
• Consult campus-level committees including students and community reps.
• Provide instructional resources and staff development.
• Foster collegiality and team building among staff.
• Maintain two-way communication with district leaders, staff, students, families.
• Set and pursue annual campus performance objectives.
• Oversee budgets, compliance, and district policy adherence.
