Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Ability to manage an average pipeline of 25–35 active mortgage loans while maintaining accuracy, quality, compliance, and established service-level timelines.
• A high school degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Process and document residential real estate loans for the secondary market and portfolio loans to investor guidelines and document requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking across home lending products.
• Coordinate with underwriters and borrowers to clear stipulations and exceptions.
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting decisions.
• Ensure all customer files are complete and in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Update and document loan status in origination system.
