Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking an entry-level Secondary Containment Operator to handle upkeep of well locations and basic mechanical work on field equipment. You will perform construction tasks, pipe threading, and assist with pumps and valves at well sites.

Prior energy industry exposure is preferred but not required. This full-time role involves outdoor work, variable schedules, and safety-focused duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisor or other personnel.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be physically capable of performing duties safely.
• Must be able to work variable schedules/shifts and long hours.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Basic knowledge of oilfield services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general upkeep of well locations and perform mechanical repairs.
• Assist with construction, pipe threading, and mechanical hookups with pumps and valves.
• Perform routine site labor and material handling as per project plans.
• Read plans and instructions to determine work activities.
• Operate hand and power tools and basic construction equipment.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping on site.
