Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a PIT Lining Technician to support well sites with general upkeep and mechanical repairs. This entry-level role requires at least one year of experience or equivalent training, preferably in energy services.

The job entails piping, equipment hookups, and basic construction tasks at field locations. The position demands physical work in various weather conditions and the ability to read plans and instructions, with opportunities for career growth and on-the-job

Qualifications

• Entry-level position that requires at least one year of experience and/or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of oilfield services preferred.
• Experience with wedge welder and hand seamer is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general upkeep of well locations and mechanical repairs on equipment.
• Construct, thread pipes, and perform mechanical hookups with pumps and valves.
• Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Tend to pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools and equipment.
