2. PreparesmealsforIPSEP,ExtendedDay,andEarlyChildhoodaccordingtotheplanned menu.
3. FollowmenuspecificationsasdevelopedbytheUSDAFoodProgram,Manager,and MenuPlanner.Preparehot/coldfoodasscheduledwiththeposted
menusfor breakfast,lunchandsnacksandmaintainproperportioncontrolspermenu specifications.
4. Managestheoperationofkitchenandservingareasforpreschoolfamilystylemeals
5. Distributesfamilystylemealstoclassrooms.
6. Assistsinfoodpreparationaccordingtofoodsafetystandards.
7. Assistswithservingfoodasdescribedintheproductionrecords.
8. Assistswithcleaningandsanitizingofkitchenandequipment.
9. Cleanandsanitizeallservingplatters,utensils,trays,andcookingequipmentusedin preparationandserviceofPre-KFamilyMeals
10.Bending,lifting,and overheadworkrequired.
11. Assistswithordering,inventory,andcommunicatingkitchenneeds.
12. Assistwithmaintainingtemperaturelogs,productionrecordsanddaily,weekly, monthlyreports,asassigned.
13. PerformsotherdutiesasassignedbytheCafeteriaManagerorDirectorofFood Service.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
