Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is hiring a warehouse supervisor to plan storage layouts, supervise staff, and ensure efficient operations. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and organized workflow within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Forklift certification is preferred to support daily warehouse tasks.

• 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout of warehouse and storage areas.
• Advise employees on care and preservation of items and use of equipment.
• Determine work procedures, schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and other duties as assigned.
