CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on the Second Shift in Matteson, IL to lead a fast-paced warehouse team, drive safety and accuracy, and keep operations moving smoothly. You will coach employees, manage labor and scheduling, optimize processes, and partner with leadership to hit productivity and quality goals.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 1–3 years of supervision is preferred; WMS experience (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400), Excel, and a drive for continuous
