Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Receiving Driver Associate to move inbound trailers and materials in the distribution center yard, ensuring safety and accuracy in line with procedures. You will work with receiving, transportation, and operations teams to maintain workflow and inventory accuracy while handling pallets, staging, and movement between sites using box trucks when required.

A strong focus on safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment.
• Ability to operate yard tractor (hostler) or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Preferred: yard driver or CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Move inbound pallets and materials using powered equipment.
• Support receiving operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stage and prepare pallets for movement between sites.
• Transport pallets between the distribution center and warehouse using a box truck.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA/site procedures.
