Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment.
• Ability to operate or learn yard tractor (hostler) operations.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Preferred: yard driver or CDL experience.
• Experience with WMS or RF scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Move inbound trailers and materials safely within the distribution center yard.
• Position and inspect trailers for safety and accuracy.
• Assist with receiving operations and inventory accuracy.
• Transport pallets between sites using a box truck.
• Perform basic pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment per safety standards.
