VF Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Receiving Driver Associate for the second shift (4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.), Sunday through Thursday.

The role ensures safe and efficient movement of inbound trailers and materials within the distribution center yard, coordinating with receiving, transportation, and operations teams to maintain workflow and inventory accuracy. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard.
• Ability to operate yard tractor (hostler).
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Team-oriented, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Move inbound trailers and materials within the distribution center yard.
• Put away inbound pallets into designated storage locations using powered equipment.
• Pull product for replenishment and full case orders.
• Consolidate pallets to maximize space and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stage and prepare pallets for movement between sites.
• Operate box truck for inter-site transportation and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA/site procedures.

This role supports receiving operations by ensuring trailers are positioned correctly, inspected for safety and accuracy, and processed in alignment with company procedures. The Receiving Driver works closely with receiving, transportation, and operations teams to maintain workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Material Handling & Inventory MovementPut away inbound pallets into designated storage locations using powered industrial equipmentPull product for replenishment and full case orders to support operational needsConsolidate pallets to maximize space, improve efficiency, and maintain inventory accuracyStage and prepare pallets for movement between sitesOffsite Warehouse SupportExecute daily workload at the Warehouse location in alignment with operational prioritiesFollow warehouse management system (WMS) processes and scanning requirements to track inventory movementMaintain organization and cleanliness of staging, storage, and consolidation areasTransportation Between SitesTransport pallets and materials between distribution center and Warehouse using a box truckPerform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure safe operation of all vehiclesFollow all company driving policies and safety standardsOnly full-time associates are eligible to operate the box truckSafety & ComplianceOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in accordance with safety standardsFollow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures at both locationsReport any safety concerns, damages, or discrepancies immediatelyWhat do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
