Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years experience monitoring product quality.
• 1–2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong mathematical skills using percentages and fractions with recipes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Receives deliveries and verifies against bill of lading and delivery schedule for accurate invoicing.
• Operates a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Collaborates with QA to collect green coffee samples for moisture and temperature testing.
• Coordinates with Roasting and Grinding/QA teams for staging of deliveries.
• Uploads documents to NetSuite and notifies relevant parties of parcels.
• Receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensures safety procedures and GMP requirements are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
