Job summary

The Integration Group in Pontoon Beach, IL is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Associate to operate forklift and other material handling equipment. You will load, unload, pick orders, and organize stock for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, maintaining safety standards, conducting inventory counts, and supporting receiving and shipping. The role requires at least one year of warehouse experience and a high school diploma; RF scanner

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience and competence with computers, RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other MHE safely by following all protocols.
• Inspect machinery to determine repair needs and perform regular maintenance.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles and move/store using forklift, turret, and other equipment.
• Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by TIG staff.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks like picking, packing, restocking, and receiving/shipping.
• Load freight manually and with pallet jacks as needed.
• Weigh and shrink-wrap outgoing pallets as required.
• Perform housekeeping and organize dock and inventory areas.
• Provide general warehouse support and conduct inventory counts as requested.
