Job summary

Ferguson in Addison, IL is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and help build and transport pallets while maintaining accuracy.

You will use RF devices to scan and sort orders, receive and stock incoming material, and keep the workspace clean and safe. A high school diploma and 1–3 years warehouse experience are preferred; pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
