Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Technician in Dallas, TX to support warehouse operations. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway for career growth within supply chain services.

Second shift pays an additional $3.25 per hour on top of the base $24.50 per hour, with a 4:00 PM–4:00 AM schedule on Thursdays through Saturdays and alternating Wednesdays. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years warehouse experience expected.
MS Office (Word and Excel) plus WMS knowledge preferred.
Forklift experience recommended.
Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

Assist in supporting standard facility KPI goals for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS on the floor.
Collaborate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve issues with orders.
Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
