Performance Team in Cedar Hill, TX seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities. You will oversee 50+ staff across Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory and Auditing, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations management, 1 year of cold storage experience, and a proven ability to drive cost controls and process improvements

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience.
• Experience in production-based/fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides input to product strategy and development of new products.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Guides development of manufacturing process plans including staffing, materials, subcontracting, facilities, tooling and equipment.
• Ensures all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Performs administrative tasks for effective shop operations, including data reporting.
• Defines responsibilities of staff to achieve business objectives.
• Trains employees and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
