Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across our storage and distribution network. You will drive production standards, budgeting, and process improvements while coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations management and at least 1 year in cold storage, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience.
Experience in production-based/fast-paced environments.
Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee development of production strategies and new product initiatives.
Set production and quality standards; manage budgets and cost controls.
Guide manufacturing process planning including staffing, materials, subcontractors, facilities.
Ensure costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
Coordinate activities with functions and suppliers for optimal resources.
Review reports; resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
Handle administrative tasks to manage shop operations.
Define responsibilities for staff to meet business goals.
Train staff on policies, procedures, and regulations.
