Qualifications

• Flexibility to perform various roles within a single shift.
• Demonstrates competent skills in shift-specific operations and forklift operation.
• Basic PC skills to perform tasks in WMS systems.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Understands company policies, procedures and operations.
• Completes company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all LDF warehouse standard practices and assist the manager with enforcement.
• Achieve productivity standards to meet operational budgets.
• Meet critical timing to satisfy customer and internal needs.
• Manages basic warehouse tasks including receiving, storage and order fulfillment.
• Demonstrates competency in WMS systems such as VIP and CirrusTech.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and safety practices are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean work space through 5S.
