TriMark USA in Landover, MD is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution center on the 2nd shift, 10:30pm–7:00am, in office. You will direct daily operations, oversee 20+ employees, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and cost-conscious logistics, with opportunities for leadership development in a national foodservice company that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 6–8 years of experience in distribution management.
• Clean driving record and ability to be insured for delivery vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of over 20 employees, including supervisors, material handlers, shippers, and receivers.
• Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular audits.
• Implement safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee distribution and logistics including UPS, truck load, LTL, and contracted delivery.
• Maintain facilities with cleanliness, organization and security.
• Provide customer service support to internal sales and end customers.
• Communicate with leadership to drive improvements.
