Job summary

Lifetime Brands, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for all departments on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday through Friday) at the Hagerstown, Maryland facility.

The role oversees receiving, inventory, storing, packing, order management and shipping, ensuring safety and efficiency across the operation. The supervisor will lead a team, manage staffing, train staff on OSHA guidelines, and monitor productivity using system tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in managing a distribution center and service operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, train and support the activities of the warehouse.
• Ensure shipping, receiving, storage, order management and/or distribution activities are performed efficiently.
• Review and use system tools to monitor productivity of all associates.
• Maintain records and schedules.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the area and equipment.
• Direct the work of others and drive safety initiatives.
