Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners seeks a Warehouse Team Lead for the second shift at our Delaware, Ohio facility. You will oversee all warehouse operations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency, including the WMS.

Lead, train, and develop team members to hit targets on productivity and accuracy. Requirements include 5+ years in warehousing, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Windows, Mini-Tab, CAD, and databases.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of warehousing experience with training system implementation.
• Ability to lead teams and train staff.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Mini-Tab, CAD, and databases.
• Ability to work on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SOPs.
• Provide leadership and training to all team members in productivity, quality, service and housekeeping.
