Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team of employees.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of warehouse staff.
• Manage a team of up to 10 employees and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to implement improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols in the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operations challenges.
