Job summary

You will read production and shipping orders, move materials, and assist with shipping and receiving to support efficient operations. The role requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Beginner level of experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use PKMS to document put-away and task information to assure proper tracking and inventory information.
• Locate, scan, and pull inventory using various Company equipment.
• Read production schedule, customer order, or requisition to determine items to move or distribute.
• Move materials and items from receiving/storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Assist shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform routine inspection on equipment and refer needed repairs to supervisor.
