Job summary

The Tyndale Company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Doylestown, PA. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving merchandise, replenishing inventory, and upholding quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on the second shift, 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow through training and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read and operate handheld devices.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking/packing/shipping instructions from a handheld device.
• Replenish inventory locations following the standard process.
• Unload incoming shipments, stage and sort packages.
• Verify and inspect shipments per receiving guidelines.
• Record and complete internal and external paperwork.
• Label garments with barcodes as needed.
• Put away materials following put-away procedures.
• Separate orders for shipping.
• Scan barcodes on packing lists and inventory.
• Communicate issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assemble boxes, pack orders, and apply shipping labels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
