L2 Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift in Hanover, PA. You’ll help move, check, and package orders, while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe workspace. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports fast-paced, quality-focused operations.

You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, lift up to 40 pounds, and collaborate with a team dedicated to timely, accurate order fulfillment. This hands-on role keeps our brand moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing, pulling, and packaging orders.
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Inspecting products and shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Keeping inventory organized and warehouse space optimized.
• Performing quality control checks.
• Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Following all safety and PPE requirements.
• Offering ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
