Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Warehouse Person at the Tonawanda, NY site to support the Warehouse & Production team with receiving, storage, and material handling. You will operate forklifts and hand trucks, follow approved procedures, and help maintain accurate records for inventory and shipments.

The role requires shift work on 2nd shift with potential overtime on Saturdays, starting at $24.29/hr, rising to $24.81/hr after six months, plus a $0.50/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment; food manufacturing background is a plus.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate all warehouse vehicles (hand trucks, forklifts, stand-up lifts) per OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect pre-shift reports for powered industrial vehicles as required by OSHA.
• Receive and put away packaging and raw materials; complete related paperwork.
• Move and weigh full bins; replace with empties in the computerized system.
