Allegion is hiring a Utility Operator to join our Second Shift, supporting efficient manufacturing operations. You will operate and maintain machines, follow SOPs, and help keep production targets on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machines safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines safely per SOP.
• Set up tooling or stations per SOP.
• Monitor processes and document operations.
• Verify operations and move parts to next cell.
• Organize and maintain the work area.
• Maintain machines per maintenance docs.
• Perform advanced tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist less experienced team members.
