Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for Naperville, IL. This 2nd shift position runs Tue–Sat, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm, at the Chicago Regional Office, with duties including patrols, observation, reporting, and enforcing site rules.

A valid IL PERC card, 20-hour security training, and drug test are required. This is a union site with competitive pay and benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of security experience; strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current IL PERC registration/permit/license.
• 1–3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• Must pass post-offer drug/alcohol test.
• May require a current state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report all activity and incidents.
• Conduct foot, vehicle, and bike patrols as assigned.
• Enforce post orders, site rules, procedures, and safety policies.
• Write detailed narrative reports and DARs.
• Respond to emergencies and provide security assistance as needed.
